Delivery Order Period of Performance: The delivery order period of performance can go up to twelve (12) months beyond the basic contract expiration date. Therefore, no orders can be issued after 06 Aug 2012 and the maximum period of performance end date for all delivery orders shall not exceed 06 Aug 2013.
