Implementation and Deployment is the third phase of the Govplace methodology. Implementation and Deployment includes the following steps and actions.
Resource delivery verification
- Verification and inventory of hardware, software, and human resources
Kickoff meeting
- Review deployment plan, resource delivery, roles and responsibilities
Educate
- Via classroom and lab environment, extensive knowledge transfer is key to getting you self sufficient in future deployments and management of your new systems
- Training/Certification ensures high level of competency for all stakeholders
Plan
- With knowledge gained in educate phase, you are guided through decisions regarding integration of this solution into your existing systems and processes
Deploy
- With full knowledge of proper procedure and all factors considered, deployment begins
Validate
- Verification of new solution effectiveness against previously confirmed measurement criteria that defined success for the implementation
