Resource delivery verification

  • Verification and inventory of hardware, software, and human resources

Kickoff meeting

  • Review deployment plan, resource delivery, roles and responsibilities

Educate

  • Via classroom and lab environment, extensive knowledge transfer is key to getting you self sufficient in future deployments and management of your new systems
  • Training/Certification ensures high level of competency for all stakeholders

Plan

  • With knowledge gained in educate phase, you are guided through decisions regarding integration of this solution into your existing systems and processes

Deploy

  • With full knowledge of proper procedure and all factors considered, deployment begins

Validate

  • Verification of new solution effectiveness against previously confirmed measurement criteria that defined success for the implementation
